DM Dance Centre and DM Studios are fully equipped to offer the best dance experiences. We offer a range of different classes for people young and old. Due to the popularity of our Mini Movers class we decided to launch a Dinky Movers class specialising in the pre-school age group. The class is designed to be more intimate in numbers, with lots of props, action songs and nursery rhymes whilst including some of the elements of our Mini Movers class. Once the children are 3 they can be entered in for IDTA rosette exams.
Our teacher Hayley is a fully qualified dance teacher with the IDTA (International Dance teachers Association) and is fully DBS checked. She has two children of her own and is very passionate about teaching our Dinky Movers programme.
Our ballet and tap teacher Mel is a fully qualified dance teacher with the IDTA (International Dance teachers Association) and is fully DBS checked. She has had a career working in shows and on cruise ships and has run many pre school classes over the years. She also has two children of her own and is very passionate about teaching our Dinky Movers ballet and tap programme.
Class Time:
- Mondays (term time only) 10.30am - 11.15am - Dinky Movers Mummy can join in or sit and watch (18months - 4 years) - at DM Dance Centre, 10 Spring Crescent, SO17 2GA
- Tuesdays (term time only) 9.30-10.15am - Street Totz (18mths - 5yrs) - at DM Studios, 124 Millbank Street, SO14 5QN
- Wednesdays (term time only) 9.30-10.15am - Dinky Combo (18mths - 5yrs) - at DM Studios, 124 Millbank Street, SO14 5QN
- Saturdays (term time only) 9.30-10.15am - Dinky Movers Mummy can join in or sit and watch (2.5yrs - 4 years) - at DM Studios, 124 Millbank Street, SO14 5QN
- Saturdays (term time only) 9.30-10.15am - Dinky Ballet Mummy can join in or sit and watch (18mths - 5 years) - at DM Studios, 124 Millbank Street, SO14 5QN
Classes are paid for termly. Please get in touch for prices.
Dinky Movers t-shirts are available in pink or blue and can be purchased for £12. Each week the children receive a sticker and at the end of each term the children will receive a Dinky Movers certificate.
